I have just completed the Invisalign treatment and am delighted with the results, and only wish I'd done it years ago! I have no hesitation in recommending these guys; friendly, professional and simply a great service all round.
You only get one set of adult teeth, so It’s important to put your teeth straightening in the hands of the most experienced and trusted provider.
Invisalign Diamond Apex is the highest possible Invisalign accreditation, which means our skilled dentists in Market Harborough have treated over 800 patients with Invisalign clear aligners, and complete at least 200 Invisalign smile makeovers per year!
Invisalign is the virtually invisible way of straightening your teeth using a series of discreet, custom-made aligners, so getting the smile of your dreams has never been so easy, comfortable, and fast!
We’re proud to offer the world’s most advanced clear aligner system to our patients at Brookside Dental.
Using specialist Invisalign software, we'll take a digital 3D scan...
of your teeth to help us predict what your teeth will look like at the end of your treatment, and we’ll also use this software to estimate the total length of your treatment.
Our Diamond Apex Invisalign dentist will custom-design a series of clear...
aligners that will gently straighten your teeth over time. Each aligner will be worn for 2 weeks at a time, then you’ll replace them for the next one in the series until your treatment is finished.
Once your teeth have been moved into their final position, you’ll need to...
take care of them! As well as providing you with teeth whitening, you will receive a post-treatment retainer - we'll recommend wearing this as often as possible to start with to maintain your new, straightened smile.
We know people have busy schedules and we try to accommodate the needs of our patients wherever we can, so we offer Invisalign Virtual Care - a remote treatment monitoring service at no extra cost for our Invisalign patients.
We use the simple Virtual Care app, which allows us to monitor your Invisalign treatment and send comments or instructions over secure messaging, without you having to come into the practice.
I can highly recommend having Invisalign at Brookside Dental. I was previously told (by another dentist) that my bottom teeth were too crowded for Invisalign and that I would need teeth extraction. After a consultation with Ravi he was confident that filing between the teeth would make enough space to straighten them. I had 12 weeks of aligners then 14 weeks of refinement aligners and now how lovely straight teeth!
Ravi has been fantastic through every step and even going into Covid-19 lockdown.
Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of each individual case and can take anything from 6 to 18 months. After a thorough consultation where we will confirm suitability and explain in detail the steps involved, you will be given a more accurate idea of how long your individual treatment will take. At your consultation appointment, you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
You must remove the aligners to eat, brush and floss your teeth, but aside from these times you must wear the aligners for up to 22 hours a day to speed up the alignment process. If compliance might be an issue then we would recommend a fixed brace instead, as the aligners will not work as well if they are not worn full time and therefore your treatment time will increase considerably. Every two weeks, you will swap your aligners with a new set which will gradually push your teeth into the desired positions.
Any time the teeth are pushed or moved into a different position, there is a chance of experiencing some discomfort. This is actually a good sign as it’s an indication that the treatment is working! Most patients only report discomfort for the first few days after wearing a new set of aligners and some report no discomfort at all. When present, this can be described as more of a pressure-type pain than a sharp or intense pain, and typically resolves after the first few days.
As with all types of orthodontic treatment, the cost will depend on the complexity of your individual case. For top and bottom teeth, this can start from £2,650 to £3,750. Prices for a single arch start at £2,250.
